High efficiency agrobacterium- mediated transformation system was established and more than 65,000 independent transgenic lines were obtained. Analysis of 2097 transformants revealed that the average insertion number of T-DNA was 1.5 insertions per line in which 64.7% of the lines were with single copy insertion.
